Beyond language skills

More than language lessons - integration by learning

Having a good level of German is a key step towards successful integration. In our courses, we combine language development with concrete everyday topics – so that what you learn can be applied directly to life.

Instead of purely theoretical lessons, we focus on active, everyday learning:

📖 Learn more about family life, parenting, housing, health, education and work

🤝 Make contacts with volunteers through language meetings

⚖️ Get to know core values

Our language support programs not only teach language skills, but also social skills.

In this way, we not only promote your language skills, but also your independence and participation in Germany.

A new start for migrants

Is this course exactly right for you?

Our German courses are aimed at all adults with migration or refugee experience who:

  • want to learn or improve their German to level A1 to C1
  • want to communicate confidently in everyday life, at work or  at university
  • are looking for support in arriving and finding their way in Germany
  • want to learn more about culture, society and life in Germany
  • are looking for an open, supportive learning environment

The courses are offered as part of the state program MitSprache – Deutsch4U and are funded by the state of Hesse and the European Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). This combined funding model strengthens access to high-quality language support and facilitates the social participation of migrants in Hesse.
