Due to my great interest in religion, language, and culture, I decided to study Islamic Studies in Frankfurt am Main after graduating from high school, where I received my Bachelor’s degree in 2014. In the same year, I moved to Algeria, where I eventually took a different professional path.

I soon found a position as a German teacher and examiner at the Goethe-Institut Algiers and its partner schools. As a native speaker without prior experience in teaching German as a foreign language, I initially found it almost as challenging as my students to understand and, above all, to explain German grammar. However, I quickly developed a passion for teaching, and it became my goal to bring the German language closer to learners in an engaging and playful way.

After almost 11 years in Algeria, I returned to Germany in 2025 and was very fortunate to find a position as a German teacher at Januam. I will continue to teach my native language with great passion and joy to all interested and motivated German learners.
